Topic. I got all my Adept 3's, but the Master 1's on the LDL server seem pretty fucking expensive, a lot are 120+ plat. How did you guys get yours?

Are there specific zones you farm, or do you just use the broker? Or will getting into raids have them drop at an agreeable raid? Still, I'd rather have a bunch of them so I can contribute to such a raid rather than not.

Bought most of mine, they were usually around 50-100 plat.

Looted a few, from smartloot zones like shard of hate for level 80s, palace of ferzhul and now i think TSO raid zones are smartloot masters? but I could be wrong.

Hoss

Looted a lot on raids. Farmed lower sebilis for some. Tried to farm KC, but never had luck there. But most of mine came from the broker. The trick there is to set up a search and check constantly. you will find some bargains doing it that way. The other tip (which has worked for me twice now) is to send a mail to those guys with the 120p masters and offer something more reasonable. I paid around 50 plat a piece for the masters I bought off the broker.

Bought most of mine as well. I don't recall ever paying more than 30-100p either. Only ever got like 3 to drop for me - Execute, Baffle and Stealth Assault. By the time I started raiding, I was mostly mastered, anyways.

And yeah, I did what Hoss mentioned - saved me a TON of plat. I'd send mail or better yet, message in-game people who had masters I wanted. I think other than one, every person I messaged was reasonable and willing to lower the price. Just be polite and friendly, and not demanding.

Assasin masters are generally expensive on any server from what ive seen.

Then it's just random, guildies give you some, you stumble on your offensive stance in a once-in-4-months run in Crypt of Agony, you buy your last master, which happens to be utterly meaningless in the grand scheme of things - Baffle, for 250 plat for the bling factor...
