You could run at 889999999x9993248923 and it would still be cluttered. (AKA tons of useless information) Not to mention more screen space never hurts no matter how high of a resolution you are running at.

got Razc the other day to try it out, i realised when it was being discussed that i never even looked at most of the extra stuff going about on profit, as much as i loved it.

So far i like it, group window is a bit big maybe, but considering how much space has been saved with everything else i dont mind it tbh.

nice work.

I dunno, maybe its just me Raz, but I can run profit, 10 hotbars, 3 chat windows, raid, vc, group, ect... And still have plenty of screen space to be able to work with. I am sure its a lot less than you or some other people use, but its enough for me.

Lag? I don't know there, watch your ping when you hide/unveil them I guess. As for FPS, yes, when you open or close any window in the game your FPS goes up or down...(Of course up if you close/hide one and down if you open/unveil one).

Sugar pill, every window is rendered as long at it is OPEN. On top of that there is your running UI and your ROOT UI. (If I am not mistaken) So you technically have two of each window running at the same time. If you hide what is on your screen you still have the ROOT running in the background. Now that is not a ton of stress on your FPS but every little bit counts, no?

Space != less clutter, not that you were necessarily saying that. Like I said before!

More screen space is always better, unless you are trading it for something necessary. Which sorry, in no way is a stat bar necessary.

I guess this is when the phrase "To each, his own" comes in. I understand where you are coming from, space and a nice clean, open look is good. But IMO its like saying you don't need any more furniture in your house because you already have a bed, table and a chair. Thats all you really need but may not be all that you want, even if you dont use the other stuff on a regular basis.

Would you like a picture of my room? ^^ Roll up bed, kept in the closet, a desk under the window, an armoire angled in the corner. A few paintings on the walls and finally a medium sized plant in the entrance. So I keep things clean and spacious in all aspects, not really a great example! I can agree with, to each his own but that does not counter act my points.
