Now, is that pic the regular model or the alt model? I forget what that is called. I play a human, and he looks much better on the Alt model. But I notice most look better on the regular setting.

So I run on normal mode, with the exception of human male and female

That is not the Rate-a-Retard Cammy.

Rate-a-Retard Cammy is a wood elf, Vaanir's Cammy is a half elf. Hence the hairstyle and piercing.
