I'm surprised Serillian Gloves havent been mentioned. Drop from the Kaladim ring event for class gloves. Chain gloves with 35 Str, 125 health, Stifle and some other stats.

I would probably add the Emerald Gardner's Gloves to the list for hand slot since there is only 4 there. 30str/sta/int 150hp/pwr is pretty hawt. They are leather and have crushing and deflection on them, but stat wise are way better than any chain ones out there and you lose maybe 50mit at most.
