Seeing as how the INT AA line is still viable, is INT as a secondary stat once STR is maxed still the way to go for stats on gear?

I have one more quick question. Is apply toxins still better served on a toon with spell crit like a SK, Bard, Chanter than it is on a Guardian or Zerker?

yes all player buffs still crit and are affected by base dmg.

I still want to try STA/Melee AoE but I know I'm going to be pissed off when I realize I'm not facing, or not close enough to all the mobs or some shit like that for the 28% (or whatever the number is) chance of AoEing, and then my single target dps goes down due to losing Poison damage.
