How many of you have agro problems with a guardian MT?

I raided today for the first time in about 7-8 weeks.

Before this 7-8weeks I used to take agro on alot of nameds, but it was usually okay on trash mobs.

But after this 7-8weeks with new gear and stuff I thought agro might be stable, and I raided today on growth and died, due to agro, within about the first 30% of the fight.

Does anybody else experience similar issue when their guardian MT has a dirge + assassin/swashbuckler + coercer group?

ask for link, troub is a total waste now so that's not even an option for the most part, use deagro food..

it's more then likely not anything you're doing wrong it probly has more to do with how buffs are being distributed or how well the tank is predicting agro peaks and valleys.

Yeah it generally doesn't matter, I can be in a gimp group with a troub and max deagro, or I can be in the MT group giving the guard my hate with moderate and link and I'll still just take agro, its fucking dumb.

I never have the problem with SK or Paladin though so /shrug.

I don't normally have a problem with our guardian, but the other assassin feeding him hate seems to be a pretty important piece of the puzzle.

Hey, Dona! Welcome back to raiding mode ;)

For me it depends pretty much on a tank, we have MT guardian, very well geared and I hardly have any problems of aggro with him, even if I start spiking. We got me, dirge and coercer in a group.

No problems with OT paladin, sometimes problems with an OT sk.

Careful with memwiping trash (in palace for example), as aggro jumps from 50 to 100 on aggro meter, hardly can do anything there.

Deaggro, moderate, link, etc. won't matter since Signet bumps hate positions. I don't have any issues with our MT guardian but I don't have Bertox's charm either for extra procs on Signet~.

I'm not discarding the possibility that your guardian MT is subpar but the signet always play a role~.

well link does have that chance to drop you back down if you get hit. but yea if you're having problems with just that one tank then it might be the tank.

If you are getting hit then you already ganked aggro which proves my point that no deaggro will help you against the effect on signet of betrayal~.

yar.. just saying it will help you shake it at least. but in all reality i only have agro problems when raids are not set up correctly or if a tank just likes to easy mode and yes i use the signet.
