yea you can chose one or the other and all you might loose is a lil mitt but i mean that you loose stats because the chest and legs for both soul and wilder have crap melee stats.

granted MC > ALL

All (not counting x4 patternes)the chest, even the one from woe, suck as far as melee stats though they all have the same double attack proc. I used the leather and chain and got the +base damage for both. they stack.

the rava chest and pants have melee crit stats and yes the DA proc too. MC > all

I'm trying to figure out which mix and match set I'm going for. I've decided on Helm, Chest & Legs of ravager set, but I'm trying to decide if I want the wilderness or soul lancer set for the other three pieces.

Wilderness shoulders look better then soul lancer (3MC, +35CA vs. 5dps +45CA), and feet are identical. So the question is 3 haste, 5dps, +25CA on WW vs. 2DA, +40CA SL on the hands. I'm not capped on dps or haste, though dps is obviously closer with self buffs, and I don't think the beneficial vs spell alacrity will make much difference. I'm not raiding atm other then possibly pick up tombs or something, so Mit would make some difference on the slashing trash aoes.

Has anyone taken the leather over the chain?

Soul lancer is better then, because CA dmg is pretty important. However, having said that, I can tell you that by the end of the week, I'm probably going to buy the WW shoulders because the shoulders are the only piece of T2 armor I'm still using, and I can't get any fucking shoulders to drop for me. I would already have WW shoulders if I had the shards to spare.
