I can tell you now that for dirges Spell crit has become a lot less useful so for assassins it's practically useless. CoB works off MC now, all procs that happen to crit are all off MC (generally for scouts, except the pot bug), and i would assume the only use of SC is for PoM + PotM..... so it seems quite pointless to get SC over pierce to me.
Just my 2 Zimbabwean dollars (i would say 2 cents, but that's worth more!)
