Tender Poisons are BROKEN!

Yeah so I log in today after having used a charge of my Tender poison only to realize that the effect had been completely removed. Perhaps because the proc was getting resisted? It sure was nice for them to fucking warn us though...

Yeah, I was going crazy trying to figure out why my DPS dipped yesterday. I had these applied the whole time and used 2 charges before I realized they were broken. Ughhh...

The poisons that are made from the recipe that drops off of the Tender in EH are not working. In fact they do NOTHING atm... it sucks! These poisons proc for upwards of 2k a hit and have 150 charges on them, so its not cool when a buff is lost to something like this

I fixed this earlier today. I'll try and get it hotfixed but it probably won't be until next week.
