Hi,

my lvl50 assassin is a human. But with more experience in EQ2 I think about changing race to dark elf. Why?

1. Innoruuk's Gift: As a disciple of Innoruuk, the dark elf gains an
   additional chance to double attack and additional piercing skill if they are a melee class. Casting classes gain an additional chance to critical with spells as well as additional disruption skill.
2. Poison Expertise: Skilled in the use of poisons, the Dark Elves gain
   an additional 25% to their crafter poison trigger amount.
3. I like dark elfs :P

#2 seems most important to me because I find it difficult to apply a poison to a mob. Maybe I play my assassin wrong using a bad rotation or something. In any case I need your advice.

#1: It's pretty blah
#2: This means you get 25% more triggers per poison vial, not a 25% higher chance to apply the poison.
#3: This should be the only reason that matters to choose your race in EQ2.

all races have pretty much the same skills...race isn't really that big of a thing.
