Well, I'm still confused on what to hit % I should be aiming for. Checked our EH parse from last night and we are still all around the 75% mark as far as melee autoattack goes, which would point to not enough debuffs against physical damage if you are saying we should be around 92%.
But after a quick search on the boards here, I've found a few threads with Screen Shots of ACT parses and the autoattack to hit % in those shots are closer to the 75% I'm seeing. (2 examples below). So maybe to hit isn't my problem, but rather group makeup, casting order, gear or something else entirely.

I've also taken a look at all the classes skills to see who has debuffs that would help the to hit%. I'm skipping Swash & Brig debuffs since they have the obvious ones.
Fury - 2 Def debuffs & Agi debuff
Inq - debuff to all
defiler - Agi debuff
Guard - Obliterate (has some debuffs to parry and def, but i dont think this would be used as a debuff since I think its more useful for other purposes)
Monk - Def debuff
Troub - Agi & Def debuff
Dirge - Defense, Agi, Physical mit debuff
Ranger - Def, Deflection/Parry debuff
Assassin - 2 Def debuffs , melee damage debuff
Necro/ Conj - def debuff (bloodlines - Swarm of Bats)
So my next question would be, which of these is a "must" to have up at all times, and which are just a bonus?
