Re: DPS problem
You could try asking the guy you know that no-one else seems to, who posts 7k+ zonewides in VP.
I had the poison line, but didn't put points into hemo, found it better to use t8 MC caustic and poisoned seeds, was better for my dps than with hemo aa line.
Never bothered timing CAs.

Re: DPS problem
I have spoken to him as well but I wanted to ask the comunity for info.
As far as poisons that is what i was wondering, if it is viable to use the MC caustic or poison seeds over hemo. I think it would matter more if you are doing ins and outs or if the mob stuns a lot, then maybe the hemo would be better.

Re: DPS problem
Well then. I'd say that either you don't understand how a zonewide works, or you don't understand the concept of average.

Re: DPS problem
Since every Assassin plays his/her character differently I am sure that different things work better for different people. The following has more than proven, through countless parse evaluations, to be best for me.
Hemotoxin is the only way to go.
Intoxification is a no-brainer exclusion.
Getaway is the bomb.
Timing CA's to allow Auto Attack to trigger helps dps tremendously, if started after debuffs and dots are in.
As for creating high dps, "Be as one with the Assassin!" KNOW YOUR CA's timing, duration, damage potential at any point in time during a fight. (Why would anyone throw a low damage dot on a mob with 3 seconds to go in a fight? Let Auto Attack loose at appropriate times.)
Learn to not only understand what each CA does, but develop your intuitiveness as to what is best to throw next, when to wait, what chains you allow to develop before starting them, learn to plan ahead on positioning and use debuffs and dots while getting to that position. Develop a rythem in CA's to the point that you are triggering CA's before the CA is even totally up (yes you can do that).
Lastly, Control Aggro!!! When you are dead, or the mob is facing you, your DPS plummets. You can't DPS while dead!

Once again someone seems to fail at reading.... The average parse I saw...I was not in the raid, so let me re-interate this, the "average parse that I saw" was around 7k peaking at 12k. So once agian for the simple folk, I did not see the zone wide, I did not see every parse, but out of the ones I did see the average was 7k.
Thank you come again.

Re: DPS problem
OK, so he sends you tells or something bragging about it when he has a good one. Thats a lot different, and you shouldn't be throwing around words like 'average'. I thought you just knew their parse channel and watched it. And I don't fail at reading, if you said that in the other thread, I just didn't bother to read it cause it was boring me.
