If you need a boost to your piercing skill, there's the +5 pierce. I use runic temper otherwise.
+10 dps on the bow seems to be the best fitting that slot.
for the neck i have a moa with +10 dps; i'll put something like +1 crit on another neckpiece and try it out tho, since i seem to be glued to a coercer most of the time.
belt, +2 haste.
That's about it i think, rest are mostly stats or health/mana...

I use + agi, +str, +mana (on rings), + int (bracer), +dps on bow, +crit chance on neck, +6 on everything on chest etc.

On my weapons I use phantom handle (mana-leech) for firsthand and + 5 piercing in off hand. I don't really think the dmg procs are worth it. The + haste on belt is pretty useless if you have any other +haste item (cloak, bracelet, neck, etc), since it still doesn't stack. You're better off with an agi imbued acrylia ring, which has a haste proc that's pretty cool.

The 2 Haste on the belt actually does stack, its the one haste adornment that does.

All the adornment effects stack. The item effects don't necessarily (for example only one 'Haste' effect)
