So I got Disco on the Coat of the Cunning Last night in Inner Sanctum and it doesnt work as far as I can tell. I used Decap and the timer still shows my regular cool down with Perfectionist and CHel's Ring. Anyone else noticing that?

no, it works perfect for me. However, if you're stacking it with Alacrity or Jester's Cap, you'll notice errors.

Yeah, definately seems to work for me. I have a macro to equip it for decap. Its a little harder to tell since CA's above 5 mins left on the recast don't show seconds but without the BP it shows 9 mins and with the BP it shows 8 mins. You are also running into the issue around the 7.5 minute mark of hitting the 100% reuse cap so that might be why you arent seeing as much benefit as you would expect.

Yeah I did a little more testing with a stopwatch today and realized it actually was working, just didnt look like it because of the way they actually display the recast timers. Thanks for the info
