LU #36 Changes
Predator
* Stamina 3 - Conditioning: Increased HP increase from 1% to 1.5% per rank.
* Stamina 4 - Surrounding Attacks: Increased area autoattack chance from 2 to 3.5% per rank.
* Stamina 5 - Impenetrable: Also grants temporary non-direct area effect immunity. Increased duration to 12 seconds.
* Wisdom 4 - Obfuscation: Also increases damage of the following combat art by 1% per rank.
* Wisdom 5 - Smoke Bomb: Affected enemies are unable to target for 4 seconds.
* Shadows: Reduced percentage
Am I the only one that thinks these changes really won't do anything to make the other lines more appealing. I still think Str/Int will be the way to go for DPS and all the other lines will still be complete garbage.

This looked like it had potential...
TEST SERVER ONLY - WEAPON USABILITY - In early testing for GU37, weapon usability is being improved by removing the Dual Wield weapon designation.
- All current Dual Wield weapons will become One Handed and gain the damage rating of a comparable one handed.
- You will be able to equip most One Handed weapons in either your main or offhand.
- In order to compensate for the increased damage to dual wielding, offhand delay is slowed by a small amount so that damage over time remains the same.
- Again, this is being released extra-early to TEST SERVER ONLY and will not be going live with GU36
That combined with the decrease in hate xfer percentage should be interesting.

whats going to suck is potentially the weapons that are so desired now as DWs might not be so when that change goes live, we might have to completely rethink our weapon selections. At least theres going to be a lot of choices.

Hell by the time LU 37 hits we'll probably be so close to RoK that it won't matter for current t7 weaponry anyhow

I was wondering that too. I've never actually specced wis before, but... two major questions about it would be this...:
The final - would it be basically a stun because it forces mobs to lose target? if so, decent in solo, worthless on raids except for the detaunt because they're not going to let you do any control effects to an epic.
The 4th one... if I'm not mistaken, that should reduce your stealth to 5 second recast and one second casting.... the main question would be is it worth to waste a second stealthing to get an 8% bonus to your next art? At 5 second recast, it'll be up pretty much in time for all your big hits, hell you could even use it for your small ones... But 8% increase doesn't make up (on Puncture Blade) for the loss of using Masked Attack, as Masked is up to a 100% increase (max on masked, min on puncture).
Hell, if you think about it logically, its almost completely pointless. Masked attack reads 562-937. For a skill to get a 562 increase with it being 8% more... it would need to be hitting for 7000. Before debuffs, that's the high end of killing blade. For it to get 937 as 8%, it would need to be hitting for 12,000 - about where killing blade crits for on a fully debuffed mob, but then you'd have to factor in the fact that Masked would hit for more. Hell, even looking at decap m1 at over 600 resting strength, it reads 9258-15430. It'd have to be high end of Decapitate to be worth more than hitting masked attack before it.
Yes I know masked attack has a recast - this is purely for comparision purposes.

if they go by the month which is usually the case, thats end of july for 37 which leaves Aug, sept, oct, and most of nov, still a long ass time imo lol and who knows what kind of weapons we will see in the new instance or what the claymore 2 looks like.
I almost dont really care to try to upgrade weapons if possible, think Ill get bisected and just roll with that, although I think Clearcutter or Axe will probably be pretty sick. I just dont want to give up my Pick
