At least in my testing for raiding it goes

Poison Seeds of the Tender - 10-12% of my damage
Hemotoxin (with AA spec) - 8-10% of my damage
Caustic - 6-8% of my damage

Rough estimates of course but if you can get Tender Posions use those if not go with Hemotoxin for raids.

I would say its situational, if you have a Dirge and /or Templar in your group, Tenders would beat Hemo on single targets easily (imo), though Cochy's figures are zone based i presume, so they would even itself a little on AE encounters.

Without proc modifiers, its kinda hard to tell, unless tested by other assassins.

Heres my damage breakdown for the 2nd and 3rd floors of EH. Was a really laggy night so the numbers would probably change slightly under ideal conditions. Group was Zerker, Assassin, Mystic, Templar, Bruiser, Dirge. (I know perfect group but don't go into my shitty parse lag was 2-3 seconds of spell lag).
