don't...without putting points into it, it's always going to be on the mob. The reuse is faster than the duration. You can hit it twice before the original 36 seconds. It doesn't stack, only refreshes the duration, so no need.

Unfortunately, think I'm going to take points from Int and Spec Sta for AoE AA =/ This sucks...

BC IMO is much better.. The best combo Ive Found for me is Dirge with BC and Corecer...

how would coecer be good for an assassin? other then having set legs

Set legs are amazing thats why.

And if you have a dirge why is an illusionist any good for an assassin?

Endless places to get haste, and double attack is easy to get from other buffs, from temporary adornments and from gear.

DPS mod on the other hand, is alot harder to cap out than haste is from buffs.

That is why, imo, if you have decent gear and a dirge

Coercer > illusionist

ESPECIALLY with set legs

illy has a better dps power proc
dps can be capped with a dirge and inquis and i can solf cap it solo.
illys also have DR

illy>>>> coercer

other then set legs there is no reason to roll with a coercer

Raw illusionist > raw coercer

in a raid with decent gear, and proper buffs

coercer > illusionist

imo.
