Default Re: Assassin AA Tree's

Im looking for the best possible aa ( all trees) setup for assassins.
I have found a real good Pvp setup( I play on vox, pvp. but not here to discuss pvp, since majority dont like it )( this question is about raid/grouping only)
I am using a mirror since I play on my server.
Ive tried many different aa setups that were posted here in flames. Some were good, some really sucked, somehow I know I can get alot more out of my assassin.

I got 191 aa atm, recently gotten my myth( our guild just entered vp for first time)
my top raid parse so far was a bit over 12000 with assassinate hitting for 66000.
I know it depends alot on the rest of the raid as well but I just know there more I can get out of my assassin.
maybe some of you know a real good setup posted here and have the link handy so I can read up on it.
I apologise for asking this "noob" question right smack in the middle of your forum here
thanks in advance

My setup is at top of page 14, only transferred some points from offstance to sinister strike in shadows.
And I'm now using STA 4458 instead of INT, because of the extra HP and because Int isn't that good after GU52.

ah ok I will check it out right now thanks/
Ive been using int in my raid spec the whole time/
Doesnt Flurry of Poisons from myth work better with the int line?

I know my off hand sucks, ( Battleaxe of Venom) but dont have anything better at the moment. We are not that far in the tso raid zones, only taken out first 2 in mad crusader so far and working on 3rd along with vp.

Default Re: Assassin AA Tree's

Since I've not seen any AA tree (picture) changes to reflect the nerfing of our int/spell crit line I thought I'd go ahead and add in what I changed as a result of the changing game dynamics.

I'll post, first, pics of how I used to have my AA's distributed. Then below that grouping I'll post pics of how I completely reallocated my AA points. I am *not* capped on my AA points, between my old spec for AA, and now I have really only gained 2AA points (177/178 then, 180 now). However I saw an increase of at least 2kdps across the board.

I hope this helps out and would appreciate any comments/suggestions/guidance from the more senior assassins.

Pre-Int Nerf:

Pred. Tree (OLD)

Ass. Tree (OLD)

Shadows Tree (OLD)

Post-Int Nerf:

Pred. Tree (NEW)

Ass. Tree (NEW)

Shadows Tree (NEW)

I hope this helps! Feedback would be much appreciated.

The onlt problem I see with your AA setup Aesyr is in assassin. Where you want frontload as it still effect ALL proccing gear you might have not only poisons.

Yes, frontload is much more important than bleeding.

Dona, is that your raid spec?

I think this is mine

EQ2 AA Calculator from TheBrasse.com

EQ2 AA Calculator from TheBrasse.com

Hmm can't find a TSO AA calculator. Anyone know of one?

I use the int line for raids still because even when there are multiple mobs, they don't last long enough for surrounding attacks to matter.
