I know that the GdoH is one of the best Weapon for Mainhand.
My Question is now, whats good fot the offhand? is a Weaopn with a long or short dilay better?

Longer the better .........

But Rapier of Darkness is nice and easy to get and has nice + pierce modifier.

I seem to recall it could drop off any of the nameds before TA. All of our scouts have one. Then they made 'adjustments' to the zone and we havent seen one drop in months, literally. The last one we looted was on 12/28/06.

I still use Dirk of Negativity most of the time. I'd use Thirneg's thorn if i could get hold of it tho. your server's broker might have one, depends if you roll on cash or not.
Wurwslayer can be useful when fighting bats. it does look extremely silly tho. not as bad as the claymore reward mindya. So ugly i forgot its name. Only Anarke could display that weapon with pride...
The SoD reward looks like a good one to go for. at least it's not a slasher. Even the legendary one looks decent. Some mini GdoH. it might change before it hits live, but will roughly be the same...
and yea, Vaan's little BBQ stick is nice too ;) . i gotta get one of these .


We'll be having a little upheaval in our choice of arsenal soon, tho. Give it one or two months maybe. Haven't bothered looking at what might be the best in offhand yet. just give them time to fix the main hand delay and the bow delay...

Edit: OK The RoD seems to have been changed. But it still drops from Viswin. We've seen it.

The ROD is much harder to get now that they added the set pieces to the loot tables. With the SOD rewards I will probably run that in the maindhand with a bisected saber in the offhand.

Dirk of Negativity would be easiest then, since neither SoD reward or the Rapier (apparently rare =p ) are easy to get ..

Hm RoD dropped twice for us, same with Bisected. Pure luck I guess.

(I seem to be lucky with weapons, got my GDoH early, and I have RoD and Bisected :P). Dunno for the changes, I think Clearcutter is sweet. Have to look at the Sword of Destiny reward when it comes out though. Looks kinda nice as well.

Kind of nice? It's arguably as good if not better than bisected sabre, the most pessimistic people could even then, only place it as second best.
