I dunno, I guess if I made it a Level 80 weapon I would increase the stats on it but effect-wise: It's something a little different and kinda cool.

As far as effecting epics the stun does. Only the HUGE Poison never-ending DoT part doesn't. 9% chance to stun an epic for 2 and half seconds. Pretty decent effect. That didn't come out to clear on my weapon description though.

The effects really makes the weapon, especially the Fade effect. Up to 2k extra damage from poison occurs nearly 2 times a second. With the KoS tree loading on the INT line, theres an even greater chance to do massive damage.

Guess this would be more for slaying non-Epics but I thought that effect would be way too powerful on an epic.

chance to cast Firstorm on target of attack.
* Hits targets in a frontal area of the assassin for 300-700 fire damage Every 2 seconds for 6 seconds

*Applies Essence Siphon when Activated, Lasts for 25 seconds Recast of say 10 minutes
- Combat Arts used by the assassin have a 35% chance (or something along those lines) to cast Essence Siphon:
- Heals caster for 300-550


* Applies Focus Concealment when equipped:
- Increases duration of Concealment by 3 seconds
- When Concealment is active, target gains AE immunity.



Applies Focus Malignant Mark :
-When Equipped, Malignant Mark will deal 25% more damage and have a 25% less chance of being resisted.

Applies Maestro's Flame Type proc :On a successful attack

- will proc 10 damage on target

Applies Tactical Formation when Equipped,

*increases melee crit chance of group members by 5%

I'm sorta out of idea's now. But before you ride up on my ass on how overly powerful this is, I don't want all these procs on the same weapon.

What I did was just take the one weapon and list the procs, and stats I think would be effective for PvP'ers, Solo'ers/groupers, and Raiders.
Now, I'de agree with some posts in other forums that PvP should have a completely different Epic all together.

(Saved me time since I didn't have to make out 3 - 4 different weapons. )

Firestorm Proc, would be hella sweet. Maybe up the damage a bit more, lower the % chance...

Essence Siphon imo would be wicked as a solo'er, or even as a raider, if your kinda noobish and lag out or something and can't get out of the AE you'll have the ability to get back up to 100%, but only on a low % chance

The Focus Concealment would be probably one of the best things to have as a raider, or a grouper. Assassins that kill contested, in zones with high populations the lag can be killer and the extra 3 seconds might save your chain.
the AE proc is nice as well, although imo could be very overpowered. Maybe make it like a 35% chance when concealment is cast to have ae immunity while active.

Malignant Mark is more for PvP'ers, even if they dont matter :P
Its a pain in the ass sometimes to get Malignant Mark to proc off on players, or even to get it to stick..

Maestro's Flame is self explanitory, works for everyone. Procs on any successful attacks made by assassin, ranged, auto, ca's, etc.

Tactical Formation would be a pretty nice buff to have, especially if your in the Melee group

I am against increased concealment time as it is too long as it is now for non laggy conditions. We shouldn't be basing our spells off lag the lag should be fixed which I hope it will be eventually.

As people have brought up, it'd be kinda cool having a pair of weapons be the reward for the epics so I kinda rounded up some fun perks and put like minded ideas on two very different weapons. I don't think they are incredibly out of line, maybe some number juggling here and there but for the most part that would make me the happiest assassin around.

Well personaly i like to see some Double attack and Haste on the epic that is something i think we are missing out on.
