Is there any Clock in the game which is better then the Cloack of Ralos Zek?
I have see a 4% Crit Clock in new Tunariea Raidzone. Is this one better?

Yes, it is better, as you'll never run out of power with it.

mhm Ralos Zek makes in FTH 119k dmg Zonewide. That was 2% from my dmg. +dps.

When you have no Manaprobs do you realy think the Cloack of Woven is better to make your dmg higher?

4% crits will add a lot more damage than the Rallos proc.

I think I'd wear mayong's cloak over rallos, too.

I'm wearing Mayong's. 4% crit would be really nice but what other item gives as much haste in a different slot?

4% Melee crit is better for damage than that Rallos Cloak proc and besides you shouldn't run out of power with that, its allmost allways up.
