What i want to ask is if anyone have an idea in what order all this aggro-modifying effects work. There are a lot of effects that have %values and at the outher hand there are some outher effects that have fixed values - but i think its best to bring up an example.

So lets say for some reasons i generate 15.000 "Hatepoints" - and for this example most of the possible procs, item procs, spell effects goes of.

what i realy tried to figure out - if moderate is usefull for me as assassin- its only a hate decreas and not a transfer - so with moderate on me iam pretty sure iam transferin less than without.

I'm pretty sure you first get a decrease applied before the transfer.

The transfer won't work in two directions. I.e. if you have HT on somebody, amends won't work on you.

[Hate decrease modifier] [Hate Transfer] [Item] [CA]

But SoE are known for weird coding : )

I am pretty sure amends and HT from say a Assassin or swashy will stack. As per this post from a Dev

<HR style="COLOR: #131313" SIZE=1>Yes they stack(swashy + assassin). You can stack hate transfers/siphons but they will cap out at 50%. The same applies to hate gain/reduction which also cap at 50%. Spells cast by the same class obviously won't stack but otherwise they will.

iirc hate xfers stack with each other and hate siphons stack with each other but a xfer and siphon do not stack. Correct me if im wrong here but thats how it seems to work /shrug.

Hehe i think that pretty much says you can. Looks to me like you can do any combo but will max out 50%. Just my 2cp

The only thing i've never been sure of is whether or not a hate reduction/increaser cast on me affects the amount of hate i transfer.
Does the modified hate get transfered or does the transfer happen "before" the hate mod?

Doesnt really come up so i've never really bothered to test it. its something i've wondered about tho.

TBO just cause a dev said that doesnt make it 100% true. This game had and has its fair share of bugs ...

I have a Paladin alt so I think I can answer this question. If your transfer target has a hate reducer (e.g. troubador) this will go into effect before a transfer. So, if I have amends on squishyA who also has -40% aggro on him, I'm screwed for aggro.
