ok thanks guys currently the only person that can really own parse my is our brigand, ranger (with RSB), and other assassin. my parser is kinda screwed up and guild doesnt want parser posting due to comptition for a parse spot and poeple not doing what they are really told to do (family guild). but ill start looking and what not and again thanks for the help.

Dump your wrists and shoulders. Get something with more STR on them. Get rid of your AGI doll and replace it with a STR doll or canteen from unrest. Replace your ring of relkententinar with a haste proc crafted ring.

It's not gear, but getting all your masters is a big help.

getting good weapons is the best thing after getting your masters.

Adept 3's > Weapons > Masters

Well, assassins benefit a lot from masters since we do so much CA damage. So it's worth getting those.

I'm assuming he's already at least adept3 since he's raiding. Perhaps that's incorrect

not all have the same benefit due to difference of recast times and dmg range.
Upgrading masked attack and puncture as they often up and deal fair dmg, is better than upgrading deadly wounds for example.

but yes, at least ad 3 on rares ones, and m1 on comon ones yes.

Update your Damage CA's first, Self Buff's including Murderous Intent next, and then everything else as far as CA's go. As far as Damaging CA's upgrade by how often they are used: i.e. Decap is not a priority to get upgraded since it makes up so little of your overall damage. Check some other's pie charts to see where alot of there damage is coming from as far as CA's.
