I would personally use the Sour Song Choker as it has 2% Spell Crit along with the 2% Melee Crit the MoA has. Also the Choker has higher str, better resists and some int.

Sour Song Choker with a 1% crit adorn hands down. The resists are awesome as well (4 800+ I believe)

Ditto. You get the benefit of the poison crits more often from the SSC then the ranged on the MOA.

Sour song is definitely better. FT5 can't make up for the other improvements! Not to mention, you get 2% spell crits with it.
