Hemo does 10-12% zone for me. Poisoned seeds seem to do 13-15%. With a straight 10% proc increase I'd expect poisoned seeds would be considerably better, except in some AOE situations.

You need a Seeds and a Nimbus root in order to craft them, you get 25 per seeds, 150 trigger each.
