I've read many posts that mention a poison called 'Poisoned Seeds of the Tender' and was wondering what spell book would be needed for an Alchemist to craft these poisons?

What kind of damage and/or debuffs does this poison do?

The recipe is a drop off the Tender (1st floor boss).

They are like a buffed up GM caustic. You get 20 charges of 150 combined with a moonstone per Seed drop.

Need a scale from EH and a rare root and yeah. . . basically a 1400-2400 (2000ish crit) version of caustic. Without proc buffs just barely better or same as hemo (with AAs) though, probably wont notice a difference. But with dirge/temlar/avatar earring etc they kick some serious butt.

Btw, anyone know if the 7 piece set bonus works with them? still waiting on my damn chest piece ;/

From what I understand, you might just be better off using mastercrafted caustic poison, provided that you have spent 5 points in the caustic AA enhancement?

If the damage is roughly the same (with exception to having dirge etc buffs), I don't see any reason to spend extra coin on these poisoned seeds.

What do you guys think? Would you bother using them while raiding instead of caustic poison?

Poison seeds are better period pretty much. But it's hard to get enough of it to use them consistently.

They do something like 25-40% more damage overall (if you have a dirge) than hemo+5AA.
