    The awesome part about being raid leader and a tank in Smuggler's Den is that you can keep your raid window open and move people in and out of your group as people die/run off/start following you/be stupid etc etc. making one pretty much invincible group.

    should follow the healer imo, 99% of the tanks are retarded and dont have taunts on their hotbars. playing a healer ive learned not to fucking trust any tank unless i see that they are taking more or near as much damage i have.

    For Davionx is a tank in preist's clothing.

    I don't like Smugglers at all. Too much running too big a chance of missing the other team. And when you do run into the other team you will catch them off guard which means you can easily rape the tank up front and slap the rest around when they come running past one at a time.
    And you could ofcourse decide to stand on the middle tower fending of attackers.. Which is about as much fun as spectating a scrabble game..

    Yeah people need to cut healers some slack. They can't be everywhere all the time. I love it when a decent healer follows me around smugglers, it pretty much guarantees me a 30+ killshot match, and usually we can hold 2 towers by ourselves (as long as we have a few noobs with us to be living shields anyway)

    The two biggest mistakes I see in smugglers nowadays are:
    1. Too many people defending center. It means that you get utterly raped on the outside, and since the outside is worth 2x the center, it's a losing strategy. You only need three people to hold center; 1 tank, 1 healer, and 1 ranged dps. That is more than enough to hold off any random people that disk/elevator up. Sure, they'll get steamrolled if a coordinated group drops in on them. But the same thing will happen irregardless of how many groups defend center. It's easy to take center, it's hard to defend it...so don't put much effort into it.

    2. Healers/dirges/necros/paladins who do not rez. In other zones rezzes don't matter as much because you can get back into the action so quick its usually better to get the 100% health and power. But in smugglers the nearest revive point will often be 60-120 seconds away, which is like a lifetime in pvp. And healers without supplication of the fallen make me want to bash my head in...both in pvp and pve.

    So how is the scoring in Smugglers? 4 for center, 2 each ofr the outers? Or was the post by rothgar mure up to date? 5, 3, and 2?

    How much for each kill? Oh and how long is a 'tick'
    It's only weird if it doesn't work.

    I'm not 100% sure, but this is what I'm under the impression of how it works.

    per tick "6 seconds?"
    5 center
    3 for each of the west/east towers
    2 for blue/red base north/south

    2 per player kill
