    Default Insane mitigation, or what?

According to my stats, I have 74% physical mitigation against a level 90 player, and 35% chance to avoid.

My arcane/elemental/nox resists are at 75% vs a level 90 player.

I have 40% PvP Crit mitigation.

    <--- Fury BTW

I'm not extremely squishy, and can usually heal through assaults by 2 or so people... but I'm by no means hard to kill.

I've seen mages in cloth have 10 people all targetting and attacking them and they just don't take damage. With no healer nearby and i'm not seeing procced wards really absorbing much of it either. They just resist/shrug off so much of the damage.

What is making these people so hard to kill? Even in full PvP armor... i'm assuming there is an effective mit cap... but they just stand there and take almost no damage.

    Appreciate any insight, thanks.

Sorcerer tree has mitigation increase, reactive dammage shield, physical dammage reduction, magic dammage ward. On my warlock I also get a really handy autoproc spell called null mail. It essentially makes my mit like a gimp tank but with the dammage reduction and autoregenerating wards its more than enough to give me time to null caress/root/nuke. On the TSO tree there are ward enhancments too.

Summoners get really good heals too. A lot of my fights on my necro I am just getting knocked around the whole time casting my fast cast self heals and letting the pet do most of the dammage, direct and ae lifetapping when I can or am taunted.

well since you only have 40 percent pvp crit mit, your not gonna survive as long to start. My wizard has 100 pvp crit mit, 6600 mit before buffs, 50 percent avoid, 10 percent parry, 1k + ward that regens ever 3 seconds vs any damage, another ward that regens vs magic damage, if i drop below 30 percent i get another 3500 ward vs everything, lots of life tap procs, 20k hp unbuffed, -250 all incoming damage *very good for reducing auto attacks*. When the hardest you get hit is a fully geared out raid assassin for 4k assassinates its not really fun to play anymore. With a good warden we can duo between 2-3 groups just doing aoe after aoe.

mix the pvp crit mit in with raid gear and all of a sudden a defiler and a warden is easily healing a x8 on them at a warfield. nerf crit mit!

No its for exiles who are offered a challenge by two groups on the server so fighting a x10 is rather fun
