    Default BG Advice

    So here's the deal.

My raid main is a Troub (Kiki, duh) and I have the challenger's bp with the blue force of will adorn but that's it. She's well geared by raiding standards but I'm finding myself getting pretty much destroyed on a regular basis.

I'm looking to enjoy myself and not get steamrolled.

I have a Zerker (Maer) who is also very well geared (raid gear) but I'm finding as a tank, if I do my job and keep people on me I tend to die faster than a bg-geared tank (of course) which is less than satisfying.

I also have a 90/250 Mystic, a 90/245 Pally, a Templar, Dirge, Monk and Wizzy all around 200ish aa's (cept for the monk who is gimp on aa's).

My question is this. Would it be better to outfit one of these toons (maybe the pally) in Mastercrafted as a baseline PVP gear and roll like that? Or do folks think that the raid gear is better for survivability than mastercrafted?

Likely the pally won't see a ton of raid gear so BG stuff might be the best she ever gets.

    Thoughts?

So do you think that t3 raid armor is better for bg's than mastercrafted? I haven't looked at the tanky mc stuff, I assume it's gimp in every respect aside from toughness?

Yeah, for the tank toon you want BG armor and raid jewelry, maybe even a few pieces of BG jewelry.

Try to get your PvP crit mit as high as possible, go with PvP crit mit adorns on armor and leave your raid jewelery/weapons on IMO.
