    Angry Lvl 92 BG Gear

So let me get this straight, to get the fabled level 92 BG armor, I need to:

    1. Buy the level 90 legendary armor (which I don't need and will not use) with around 300-500 marks
    2. then, use this pos lvl 90 gear + 1500++ marks to buy the fabled level 91 BG armor (which I also don't need or will ever use)
    3. and finally trade this fabled level 91 BG armor + 4500++ marks to get the armor I finally want that is suitable for my level.

Seriously, why waste marks on 2 levels of armor you will just use for currency??? That's like 6500 marks per piece of lvl 92 BG armor

Any of the devs for BGs here to answer this? what logical reason can you give me to justify this stupid currency requirement?

I mean if you are still leveling, then yes, that would be useful but for maxxed out toons..this is just a plain waste of marks.

If i got it wrong, then Thank God, but if what I said above is how it is, someone pls. explain to me why you would want 2 levels of armor you won't even equip, if you are already lvl 92.
Some people tell me I have a "Short Temper", I prefer to call it: " A swift and assertive reaction to bullshit".

So you don't achieve everything you can in 1 weekend in BG's. Its a time sync, pure and simple.

It's been designed to prevent scrubs gearing up in 2 weeks to then rape everybody over and over.

Nerf the Sta/str, raise the Leth/Toughness and make it more for pvp, then lower the mark currency by a shit ton. (seriously, who would spend that many hours on a damn minigame when I can get POW Quality loot from Dozzy heads?))

Why would they nerf str/sta, oh wait, yeah to kill the interest in that gear. A single piece have almost the toughness of the entire SF PvP set, it's alright like that. You want tokens lowered because you get raped over and over. Good try, keep grinding and stfu. PoW quality gear from dozekar heads? On which planet you fucking live on?

So I just did the math for this gear.

I want the final set of BG gear for armor, jewelry, weapons, and adornments. Taking in to account the several sets that must also be purchased, I need to spend a total of 120,100 tokens.

I've decided I'm going to pvp on my Warden this season. He hasn't been played since last BG season, so he's sitting in shitty gear compared to what's out right now. Considering his effectiveness, let's say he can attain an average of 50 tokens per game. Let's say a game takes an average of 10 minutes if the teams are an even match. That's 5 coins per minute.

Since I need 120,100, I need to spend a total of 24020 minutes BGing. That's 400 hours, not taking in to account time sitting queued.
Now that I'm no longer a teenager chillin' at home playing eq2 ALL DAY LONG, let's say I'm still very interested in the game as a hobby and I can play, on average, 2 hours a day.

That means it'll take me 200 days to gear up. That's just lame.

(Yeah yeah, play harder and suck less. Bite me.)

200 days is long I agree, but on the flip side, I seriously doubt anybody will be gearing a toon entirely in BG gear. Most of us are looking for 1-4 items mostly.

Everything else is instant win in this game and they will do it with BG gear eventually. Just have to wait a month or two.

Obvious retard is obvious. Also I'm guessing you're too shit a player to get into the most casual of raiding guilds. Reason being lets say you had full SS EM gear, you'd just need to get the BG shoulders, which would cost 7,850 tokens - including the 2 blue adorns. So its pretty fair tbh.
You want a cure? What's a cure? Who told you inquisitors can cure?

    Gobshight - Raid inquis
    Belzeebubb - Main alt
    Hwan - alt assassin
    Oldspice - plat farming alt
    Gideonn - Raid alt.

I don't mind the cost gives a reason to play. Raid gear that is the exact same quality is easy as hell to get, use it until you get the pvp gear. The head gear is as good as the 91 pvp gear use it with the soft caps being what they are in pvp my warlock in nothing more than head gear does well, and my templar in nothing but legenadary/faeble zone drops does real well for now also.

To me the gear is a bonus, the fun of playing in BG with other people is the reward. I do wish their were more and better maps, the quests were random instead of everyone running the same map each day to complete quests, and the game did a better job of putting together the PUG. I hate getting groups with out tanks, but I hate it worse seeing three healers in my group and not one on the other side.
