If any of the old LoS people are reading this or anyone anyone else that I have ever raided with PM me if you want to get of this dying PoS game. Need to be willing to raid really really hard shit (think Nexona but twice as complicated with a longer script on average) and log on at least 5 times a week. WoW is implemeting a new raid system a higher much rarer form of loot (think .001 percent mythical loot chance on all harder raid bosses) and so much raid content that we will barely be able to do all of it even after its on farm status if we raid monday through friday. There were also be an all new keying system (like it should have always been here and much more like the orginal eq1.) Not to mention bringing back first server kill legendary loot as well as unique mounts ect ect ect...

This time I would like to compete with the Euro servers as well and bring Death and Taxes to its knee's. Must not be discouraged with wiping and must have a passion for bettering your character. There will be a time table on leveling and I will do my best to help as many people as possible get there... this isnt the minor leauges though boys and girls I'm talking true WW recognition across a host of 10 million plus subscribers which is very diffrent comp from a game that can barely break 200k subscribers and has to copy over all of its existing content.


I dont need players at this point as I can simply get back on my old server and get mroe than enough from the existing player pool but I think it would be fun to bring over eq2 players this time around.

Pretty sure everyone that plays Eq2 is aware there's another MMORPG out there. Many have tried it.

Recruiting for WoW in an Eq2 forum board is kinda... weak.

Lots of people still believe that eq2 is actually a hardcore raiding game. Lots of people also believe that wow raiding is casual. What you see as weak I see as charity.


Believe me though I whole heartedly expect the majority of the responses to follow suit... If you knew me though you would know I dont give a damn but hey you got me to respond... (I really am an equal oppurtunity replier too man as Im talking to a guy that came from vox talking to me about being weak...playing on the bazaare...)

You know those commercials about saving one ethopian child by contributing 35 cents a day? Its all about the little things you can do to help someone else... Thats kind of how I see this consdering none of these people have ever played wow's actual top tier endgame may not be able to adjust and may royally suck as the end game in wow is like doing advanced phyics while your still stuck in 4th grade math raiding in eq2... Im simply giving people a shot at something way better with a much bigger pay off... (not you though... people I have raided with people who I actually like and want to help out.....) There are so many people here that simply dont know any better and are afraid of starting over and how thats going to play out ect... This is really for them.


Oh well enough said have fun in eq2 and consider this a mass reponse to all the rejects that are going to post simliar things as Im going to be busy for ah while leveling.



Long live the bazaare... I really do love everyone here no place else like it in any mmo period.

A lot of the people who post in this forum don't even play eq2 anymore whats your point if he wants to recruit for a WoW guild let him. Blueburry did it for AoC.

i've cleared the zone
WoW is casual raiding, dont let him tell you different, the fuckin zones are easy, its just the mass population of wow makes it so a lot of retards get into end game content guilds and hold you back.

its a good game, but its not 'hardcore raiding rarrgh!!!' like other games out there......... nowhere near, and read up on WOTLK a bit more before you get into a big huffy.

wow's last xpac worked with t4 raiding zones, progressing into t5 and finally into t6, then sunwell, and ya sure theres a total of, 9 raid zones, but you only farm 2 in the end, so ........... end game raiding guilds raid 2-3 nights per week, thats not hardcore, you only spend about 2 months of each year actually logging on 4-5 times a week to raid. your ideas are seriously messed up. read up and get a clue dickpixie

Btw if you are telling me 4 horseman back in the day was eaiser than Djinn master (btw I killed Djinn master in his tier probably while you were dicking around with the P.O.S dragons.) then you sir are simply retarded... Have you even raided VP and seen how fucking easy the content is?


First off all zones in the new expansion are going to have two diffrent versions 10 man ala karazhan and 25 man.... every 25 man is going to require you being keyed now. Tigole has promised that all of the raid content this time around on the 25 man raids is going to be twice as complex... Its already more complex than eq2 raids..

Also Illidan is a fucking monster WAY fuckign harder than Trak...

Sunwell is fun and still more complicated than VP this is coming from a person that actually knows what there talking about...

You do know Tigole was the leader of the Orginal Legacy of Steel in eq1? That guy the guy that bitched that eq1 was too fucking easy is the guy that did the whole illidian enoucnter from start to finish so it would be challenging for his tastes...

I don't think maria said eq2 was "Harder" than WoW, simply that WoW raiding is easy. Easy and Hard are all relative I guess.

There is a reason why the majority of the hardcore eq1 guys now play WoW.

Ive personally played the endgame now in Aoc, Eq2, and even fucking Vanguard (minus any of the new content.) and WoW wins at difficulty hands down.
