Default details on selling a char

So, a few questions I didn't find an answer to after a massive search effort (ok, 5 minutes tops):

Does it cost cash to xfer to Bazaar?

Does the entire account go over, or only one character?

Do you sell just the character, which then gets xferred off your account to the buyer account, or do you have to sell the entire account?

Anyone interested in a lvl 80 Guardian?
Mythical, 140AA, geared from VP/SoH (no Trak gear).

You transfer the character only, free of charge to bazaar. The rest of yoru characters remain unchanged.
