Befallen ROK Raiding....

So how many guilds are actually raiding ROK exclusively on Befallen?

Everytime I look up there's new guild tag.

Are we seeing alot of watered down guilds talent-wise?

Isn't that what befallen always has been? Ever since EC stopped being a force on the server there really hasn't been any great concentrated "talent".
