since you're still new to befallen, let me lay it out for you.
i wish you luck. but, eventually every guild goes through rough times. a strong guild will work through them: not by "dominating" content but by guild unity and wise leadership.
however, start getting an attitude as a guild, and i can guarantee that you will fail.
nothing sets you up for failure better than a big ego.

if he was so bad, why was he in your guild for so long?
i'm fairly certain that he had been a member of your guild for most of the time you've been in existence. just seems kinda mean to turn someone out who's been with you for a while now, and then to insult him publicly.
