That's my experience at least in WoW. I sorta assume it's the same here but without the raid progression thing being as good since SOE apparently doesn't really "get" that yet.

On the terms I kicked him under, I hold no respect for him, I'd prefer every single person who had sent me tells like "you finally got rid of him?" from guilds he'd been in in the past to come out and say it here.

We've gotten to the point where we can afford to switch our roster as we want, I kick people who piss me off, and I kick people who just plain suck.. We've maintained progress in VP and clearing other zones with much more success since we've gotten rid of a lot of the weak links. I'm going to be open in public chat here and just say it, I fucked up when I started this guild and I was not enough of a prick to weed out shitty players fast enough, I gave them too many chances.

A lot of fixing the roster and shit has gone on, but all in all our members are happy with eachother and we work well together, and as to Cyllie's comment of 3 hours a night, we've put in 7-8 hours a night quite often, mostly on the nights he wasn't on, he was one of the few that held us back quite a bit. Just doing our competition a favor and pointing this out *winks*

yep yep, its hard man. you just gotta be fuckin brutal, like you said, kick people b/c you don't like em, kick em b/c they suck, kick them b/c you have that power. hardcore raid leaders don't succeed b/c they let things slide. good luck with ur new personal discovery :D I always thought esar was sorta a softy, but Kaz and Kriddle evend it out

as for the dirge, its lvl 80, and while the appeal of hardcore again, is exciting (as I do have offers with many guilds if I ever decided) this guild, Defiant, is like not the most uber evah, but they are some of the greatest, nicest, coolest people I've chilled with. Its funny, nowdays all my old friends/guildmates are off to better guilds on other servers, but the ones still on befallen are divided between DEM and Defiant.

will be rooting for ya (not just b/c in my 3+ years raiding on befallen, i found pleasure in watching Fallen flounder, but also b/c of the friends with yall)

I missed The guild firsts for Tome of Thuga and Protectors because the guild went a night early. I was there for every other one. I personally don't feel like one or two 7 hours nights a month truly makes up for all the three hour nights. It helps I suppose what was my attendence? 80-90%?

And you kicked me because I pissed you off one too many times as my best guess as you never said a word when you did it, in the middle of a raid. Something about you wanting me to use a different belt then what I had was the only thing you were bitching about, or ever really had to me. If you really want to get into that we can.

DeM is doing well I personally feel, besides the efforts of its regular members, because of Esar for the most part and partly because of Kriddle.

...all the other officers do is bitch to others and half the time its crap they themselves screwed up on.

Really you did me a favor, Fallen's shit is coming together again and they will put in more time and effort then what I was seeing in DeM.

Now to the point, do you seriously have no idea why you were kicked ? Well you sucked ! You made a commitment to a guild as a SUPPORT class and did no supporting, I was in OT group with you I was consistently going OOP while using shards, manastone, pots, like everything. But I'm assuming casting a Mana Flow would dent your DPS too much. I think I nearly fainted when you actually took the time to cast a channel. Hmm, what else. Oh what was with the repeating things everyone said 10 mins later? Or the ridiculous comments calling others stupid when you weren't doing shit or like you commented on our officers doing, fucking up in the exact same way ? Oh well good luck in Fallen.

ANYWAYS : To everyone else grats on all your accomplishments, kills, beating of tiers !

That made almost no sense.

As to what little did, you did not once run out of power in my group, you went to 10% twice, once at the end of a fight and once when I channeled. If you or anyone else had I would have addressed it.

WTF are you crying about anyway, you had a mana specced coercer AND a dirge both running regen.

Considering that I group with him EVERY night after DEM raids.. I can pretty much say.. he doesn't suck.. never once have I ran out of power... never ONCE...

I was guilded with him before he joined the raid guild.. and NEVER have I had an issue with him.
