Well, I knew no one whos hardcore would get it. Like I said it's hard for people to understand that the attempt is still fun even if we dont get the mob. It's something to do. It's something new to try. It's all pixels. It's not like we're real knights in shining armor taking down a real dragon. So ya... this game is supposed to be fun, and people have fun in different ways. Like you Calb, you have fun sitting in a forum talking about a game you dont even play anymore, bashing anyone who walks in here. Am I going to judge you for that? No. Cause if that's what you like to do best and have fun doing it, more power to ya. EC would have fun taking down mobs and they should have fun doing it. But just because we lose out on a couple and dont really care if we dont that doesn't mean we dont have fun too. So as for EC having MORE fun? Not sure about that. I have just as much fun in the attempt as in the kill. So we probably both have a ton of fun playing the game. It's just in different ways is all. And I'm sure that KOS was out a LONG time before Reborn ever came around seeing as we're 4 months old.

Never said attempting mobs was not fun. I said killing mobs you attempt is more fun than not killing them.

I wouldn't say it's more fun... more satisfaction yes. But the fun is in the fight and watching the mobs health drop. Once it dead, it's not fun anymore, it's just pure satisfaction.

We never said you guys didn't have fun did we ? You are the one that said we didn't have fun, but come right back in this thread and say we do, so which is it ? You might have fun dying over and over to the same mob , but to us figuring out how to kill the mob and executing is fun.

As for us not having the right to tell you you suck just because you are a brand new guild ..... Disso started out fresh, didn't start on release and had everything that was available to them owned within a month or two, so why does being only 4 months old have to be an excuse?

if people don't have fun, people don't play. some like to raid hardcore and win, and some don't even like to raid. being a hardcore raider has nothing to do with the ability to have fun. nor does not being a hardcore raider.

as for calb floating around here, i'm sure he finds it just as entertaining as i do to watch people bitch about in-game issues. i think he probably enjoys it more.

by the way, grats reborn on killing tarinax after EoF. you can now say that you're as good as a pick-up raid.

That was my point. Our first time at the Princes and you guys say we suck cause we can't kill them. We have never attempted them before, so obviously dont have a strat, and that's exactly what we were doing is trying to figure out how to kill them. And ya, that's fun. And as for the 4 month old thing, I said that cause Calb's been trying to say we took ALL of kos to take out Tarinax which if I remember correctly, Kos has been around a hell of a lot longer then Reborn has. And that's the only reason i mentioned the 4 months. I dont give a shit if it takes us 20 years to figure out how to kill something. It's still fun trying.

I dont remember us ever saying we were uber, or anything to that effect. It's been you guys telling us we weren't. Like we care whether people think we suck or not? You are the ones comparing us to you and im not sure why. You say just cause we can't take a mob that you can that we suck? Come on... look at yer gear! you guys have been around since launch for crying out loud. Of course your outfitted better, have the strats and all that kind of shit. I'm sure you went through a learning process as well and got to learn your teammates and how they play. It's all a learning process.

Now, don't flame me because I said you did (the shot shows you did), or because I said it was an exploit (I'm not commenting either way) or because I'm starting some cool your guild vs. my guild crap (nothing to do with us). But seriously, why did you pull it to the door? And why would you openly, in a zone with folk who clearly absolutely hate you, say you're on somebody elses account?
