Default Hp regen

I sure you guys understand hp regen far better then anyone else but my question is how would increase the combat regen by X % work. Is it your base regen that is affected by % ? or is it the actual regen you have. EX say you have 100 regen and you increase it by 10 % your total is actually 110 ?

i got a question along the same topic.

this is like from the beta forums iirc:
Power Regen Total = (Level * 1.5) | 129 @ 80 (9 innate regen)

this only refers to infight regen ofc. the same would also apply to HP regen ofc. so, the end ability of the perseverance line does change zero right?

hp regen is maxed at lvl*3, meaning at 240, you will get to that with the early aas in the regen tree, but imho it was pretty much consensus that the endability does actually increase the hp regen cap as it would be useless otherwise, though no one really has tested it i think ^^
what i am saying: go test it :O

and to the first post: it's your actual regen, the base regen in combat is really low and would be even more useless than the total in combat regen, which is still pretty much useless for anything >= heroic.

No need to test... the doubles the cap even if you arent below whatever % HP you need to be for the effect to kick in. Still sucks though

I am fairly certain that the Crusader HP regen buff increases the cap by 2.0% per point (to make sure it has an effect on the group and people don't cap as hard.) Then it raises the actual numerical per-tick regen by the second value.

Also in case you didn't know a "tick" is 6 seconds. So the regen buff will heal group members by whatever amount you have divided by 6 in terms of HPS.

IE if your regen was 60, it would be healing everyone for 10 HPS.

So the concensus is that relentless assault ain't worth the money even though it is raid wide now.
