Incarnadine Earring
So I saw this linked a few times in the zerker channel, and its uber so I have had a grp of guildies in chardok the last new nights and we have YET to see a single Queen spawn. Is there some trick to spawning her or is she just that rare of a spawn. I think one day we cleared her spawn 11 times and didnt' see a single one of her.

yes that earring. I have the sarnak earring of station atm, and have been parsing it, and it heals for the least amount between that, reet helm, and the skelnoss wrist or the ryzik's cape.

Finally got it yesterday, dropped my droag talon plugs instead of the sarnak earring for it, got lucky and logged in to my guildies telling me the queen was up =p

Yeah, we killed about 15 ph's and on the 3rd queen kill got the disco on earring. Pretty fun zone, the PH is up every 12 minutes. So you can run through and kill at least 3 more PH's / Named while waiting and if you time it right it turns out to be a nice little farm run.

yeah, we usually farm queen, the 2 named in the wings near her, and the 2 named in the switch rooms, then go back and do it all again.
