festering flesh has better stats than that, the only others worth mentioning are BoTH and virtues guard which are both raided. BoTH is last tier so 2 groupable even with casuals who know what they are doing, PR is easy enough that most pickup group leaders can lead casuals through it without much trouble.

found a decent one tonight in Vaults protection is like 50 less than fthe Unrest buckler but nice stats + power and hp so i switched to it even though it looks like a flower blume

There's a buckler that's 903 (or abouts) protection off a named mob in shared Chardok dungeon. Pretty good other stats overall too.

Sorry I don't remember the name or the shield and don't know which mob dropped it though.
