Look for Apprentice neemariin Sinking Sands -1026,-230,-1209 he will tell you a story about
huning down someone in Nek named Master or'kales, then go to Dire Hollow and talk to the wizard inside.

It's legit.. The quest is called "The Responsibilities of a Berserker's Rage". The ghost kerra will tell you to find the Wizard (can't remember his name). You go to Nek forest and then to the Dire Hold instance near the Bloodstone Chroincles Falls.. You go in and kill the wizard and then some voidlings that come out of the portal.. that's all I have so far. Credit goes to Shayton of Mistmoore server.

After you kill the guys inside, you need to "Find any other openings and defeat the beasts pouring out of it."

So do you know what happens if you answer the ghost wrong? I did and he doesn't want to talk to me anymore.

Never mind, just went to Dire Hallow area and looks like it goes directly from there!

Just go to dire hollow. find orkalis and then kill the shadows. Not sure what to do after that

After that it says "find the second tear in Norrath!" With no hints whatsoever.

yup been searching everywhere i can think of with no luck whatsoever /rants at soe for making a epic quest with absolutely no hint towards where you go next...
