What is everyone seeing for hit rates on this?

Mine seems to be really low percentage comparatively speaking.

I had 69% to hit with Turmiol in PR and 82% with auto-attack.

I had 73% to hit with Turmoil in ToKS and 84% with auto-attack.

Some of it could be because I use it so early in the fight but it seems really low when the next lowest is auto-attack.

It is master 1 before you ask.

It has always been terribly low. It's because the skill's hit rate doesn't improve at all with improving rank. I wouldn't be surprised if the hit rate was apprentice level.

It's even worse in PVP btw. People go on long rants about berserkers being so powerful because we can do insane burst damage but against some classes you're lucky to land 30% of the procs.
