Well, in my guild I'm the "amend" of our pally(OT) for AE fights (since we doesn't have any other badass AE dps that can put somes numbers..)

I almost ALWAYS dual wield, and the thing that #$#% me is that my mythical combined with others 3s weapon from VP doesn't do as mutch DPS than my Witchdoctor doomblade + Axe of Venom.

Well, in my dreams (xD) our mythical get a nice boost to be 4s delai, but I know it wont happen. So what I want to know, did someone saw a NICE 3s delai DPS weapon in TsO ?

I was wondering this same thing, and came to a conclusion that there are no good 3s delay weapons anymore in game. Since lately only scouts have been DW'ing, and their epics are 4s, devs haven't bothered with 3s delays, and tbh there was no reason.

Since this change only came to beta yesterday, i'm pretty sure all new weapons will also be 4s. All void shard weapons are 4s too.

Edit: Just realized there's few good weapons in VP, from Ekron and Travenro. Ofcourse they will never drop again when you need them.

i use the battleaxe of venom from druushk, doesn't do too bad but i agree, would be nice if our epic was 4.0 delay.

Battleaxe of venom is from SoH's trash...Druushk still drops a 1HS axe, Claw of khalen, but it's a 2.5 delay one.

the claw is what i was thinking then, i coulda have sworn it was 3 seconds.. anyways my parses were best with it over the others.

i tried a higher delay offhand and my parses actually went down so i stuck with faster delay offhands because the mentality of a higher delay does not ring true due to the 33% speed hit the weapons already take which is why i noticed the 2.5s delay actually perform better. some classes that are more heavily reliant on CAs might see more benefit from it or whos CAs take longer to cast.

What I can tell, having tested with the 3s weaps from VP, is that 3s delay is TOO fast or TOO slow. With 4s delay with max haste I can place Always 2 CA OR 1 blue aoe between every auto attacks, but with 3s if I place only one CA I loose time waiting for the next auto atk, or I loose somes auto atks if I place 2 CA (exept when I get a ritual or something..)

The nicest weaps out there for d/w with mythical is the hammer from traverno I think. But its bludgening... And almost every pieces from dps sets gives + to slash lol.

Well, lets hope there will be something to fit whit mythical as dual wield weaps in the next exp xD

Lyger if you use that claw for dw then no wonder you're not seeing much improvement over buckler.. shelve that thing til you get the hammer or at least ekron's blade.

Do you think it would do any good to try and /feedback to at least try to get our epic changed to a 4 sec delay? Like en masse? Or does it look like there will be decent 3 sec delay weps in the new expansion? Been begging to at least see Ekron drop one of his 3 sec delay weps, but, of course now he won't lol.

Hammer of Swirling Constellations from Travenro with the Mythical, its damage is very nice.

There is no way two 4.0s are going to be doing more damage than Mythical + 3.0 unless you're delaying your auto attacks every time with really bad timing, and even then, the bonuses and higher damage on the Mythical should be keeping them doing more damage.

never said i didn't see an improvement, i said i don't get stacked buffs to 100% DA while dual wielding, which will be a little easier to accomplish now. already stated the improvements i saw even with a more crappy dual wield weapon.

reiterated the 33% speed delay on the weapon even with max haste, if you're pushing out that many double attacks then something is wrong, especially if you can't even fit one CA in without pushing them back... that makes 0 sense.
