Change +5 Attack Speed to +5% Melee Accuracy, remove +CA Damage, Add 2% Reposte/2% Melee Crit Bonus.
Lower min damaged by 20, Raise Max Damage by 20.

Remove SK/Scouts/Paladin From Using this Item.

There, now you have an Ideal warrior offhand :D

It should atleast be half of what Claw of Khalen and Nox Noctis...
