i just hope whatever they plan to do with fighters isn't worse than what was about to go live.
Altho it doesn't get much worse than 1min reuse on stances.

Btw, if they change someting important in the game, most of the tester are gonna be mad because its not like they used to play.

in DPS gear and with all group procs up i have:
+10 Base Dmg from 2 Avatar Charms (could be 20 if u pick Innoruuk's)
+8% from T2 relic shoulders
+10% from Choker (could be 12 with Anashti Neck)
+10% from chanter's Ykesha Hoop of Pestilence proc
+10% from Zarrakon's healer ring proc
+10% from dirge buff (can't remember the name)

that's already 58% (could be 70%) that's pretty much up all the times and i'm sure i still missed some buffs/procs

add to that: Chanter's temporary buff (10% iirc), Juggernaut (doesn't say how much it increases combat art dmg, i guess it's 5%-10%), bind wound for the first 20s of every another fight (+20%).
Maybe you won't be perma capped at 100% unless everyone in your group uses the appropriate gear (that not many raiders can get), but you'll surely get there with temp buffs and hardcore gear

8% is really nothing, for a berserker,, because of our low dmg CA, it's giving something like 100dps more, wow awesome !!

Before it'd be good, SoE need to boost our CA dmg by at least 30%, and perhaps add 1/2 CA dmg or reduce the recovery of some of it.

watching some zerks struggle with it wasn't worth giving a few an additional shitty 8% CA increase.

the only thing i was looking for was having 2 concentration slot free in order to be able to use illwill and necklace from SOH without being forced to drop buff. srsly we are the only tank forced to do that.

No fucking shit SOE... thats why the vast majority of your games have fallen on their face. You realized this would be the EQ2 killer just like what you did in SWG. Too little too late IMO though as the population of this game has gone to shit since you never listened before.
