if you had a troub for a healer then you were fucked from the start, jesus fucking christ for idiot group leaders...

i would have had "connection issues" as soon as i saw that group formed.

look the healer section over, if you don't have one of those classes then don't agree to any group.. i mean how the hell did the group survive the hammers elemental, cure and not be half dead already at that point? cure pots sure, but last time i did the zone there was more than 1 wave of hammers since the change even if you stun them a damn troub just boggles me, holy shit if you could have any chance at the last named.

i'm betting this whole thread is a joke after reading that, the whole group would have to be retarded to agree to even attempt it.

Lyger - firstly why all the aggression? This was a good thread until you decided to troll it.

Secondly, after reading your post I decided to do some research and it looks like I was mistaken, it was probably a templer healer not a troob.

yes because a troub and a templar are so easily confused with the other! lol

The only healer I have played in eq2 is a Warden. The only healer I have played with regally in eq2 is a Fury. My knowledge of none Druid healers is virtually none existent. This is something I am trying to change, hence the correction of my mistake.

lol i just assumed he meant templar from the start haha. I kinda wanna see if I can do that zone with just a bard healer now.......

oh and to sloth, take some time reading about the other classes on this forum. The more you know about what your groupmembers are capable of, the better you will be able to adjust your play to tank for that group.

the hostility is in mixing up a troub with a templar, even if you had no clue you didn't have a healer i still have a hard time believing the group wouldn't keep a revolving door going nowhere. no one that i know likes to waste an hour running to a zone and wiping 5 times to maybe kill 1 or 2 named and then call it because there is no healer.

i just had a hard time believing you didn't have a healer and actually made it into the zone without someone bringing it loudly to someone's attention.

Not too sure what is the problem with getting a group for this questline. Most of the quest is easily done with a duo. Only needing a somewhat decent group for the very last 5 minutes.

Your mythical will be a little more of a challenge, especially after more and more guilds move on to the TSO content.

It is hard to keep agro with only 4 taunts.
The Zerker class is not to closely dependant on taunts. We generate most of our aggro with the amount of damage we dish out. Although, taking along a good hate transfer class always helps.

I am onto the second part, in Chardok (I think thats its name. It is the first instance zone). And is impossible to get a group for on my server (Nagafen). As for the myth, I doubt I will ever get that, not unless I buy it :D

My weapon is in real need of an update, I also need to think about respecing into the plus hate gaining aa's available in the shadow tree. I am reading into decent tank specs now (I "only" have 140 ish aa's atm).

I duoed the Chardok part with a buddy of mine...an SK. No healer.

Fly to the post in Chardok. Run along the outside edge on the right (above Temple of Kor Sha) until you come to the gate. Avoid the fairies and pull the wanderer when he comes your way. Burn him down, get your update and gtfo.
