HoMC isnt a buckler anymore... Its a Kite now with like 1500 ish protection. I'd say its the best shield you can get before SW, Trak, or that one in Ykesha.

savage wall is still the easiest to get hands down best tower shield.
harbinger does offer a fair amount of DPS boost for a real actual shield now so i use it more for tanking mid level stuff. harbinger is not difficult to get either... you can kill the named that drops the shield with 1 group, 2 if you suck, 4 if you're retarded.

savage wall= good tanking shield, easy to get
bulwark of the unstoppable= best shield for aggro control
harbinger of malcontent= decent DPS boost while using a large shield for avoidance
dual wield= still required for the end spectrum aggro control or if you lack hate transfers/buffers

Yeah, I'm retarded. Reversal needs a/any shield, DA doesn't have any requirements, and VG/HoM are kites. Sorry!

Also, yes, the mob that drops HoM is easy enough to kill, but the drop rate fucking sucks, which is why I said it was a pain to get.
