Since there are SO many different post we see about AA specs, I am going to make this thread.
This is based upon what my spec is for ot/mt in TSO raids, some others might disagree with my aa's. There are not all that many different ways to spec anyways.
Benefits from the
strength line- 22% Melee Crit. Up to 8% hate gain.
Benefits from the
stamina line- 25% Double Attack. 12% Shield effectiveness
Benefits from the
intelligence line- temporary + casting/recovery/attack speed. Up to 17.6 attack speed. Up to 19 parry(i think). Static 12% Reuse and 30% recovery.
We do not gain much from the agility or wisdom lines, Dragoons reflexes is nice, but its not worth wasting 22aa to get. Wisdom line is complete crap, we cap on +dps to easy and the end line is not worth the aa lost to gain.
Anarchism- Up to 15 seconds off of reuse.
Relentless Rage- Up to 25% increase to +dps
Bloodbath/Intrusion/Stunning Bellow- Up to 25% increase to the damage.
Cyclones- Increase radius by 5, reduces resistibilty by 10%
Debilitation- 100% chance to riposte one melee attack. The other AA's in this tree are not all that great, but the end line is worth spending the AA to get this ability.
Berserker Rage- Increases the trigger chance by up to 5%
Wall of Madness- Increases the duration by up to 15 seconds(i think).
War Fury- Increases trigger chance by up to 3%
Weapon Counter- Increases reuse by up to 10 seconds(i think).
Juggernaught- Increases duration by up to 8 seconds.
Berserk- 10 seconds of +19.3 attack speed, dps.
I have noticed many people specing all the way down to the end line for Perseverance, i will quote lyger here

That pretty much explains that.
This tree is more flexible the the others, this is currently what i have.
General Tree-
Hearty Constitution, Increases max health by up to 2.5%.
Enhance Mind, Increases max power by up to 2.5%
Fighter Tree-
Swinging Strike, Increases base damage by up to 15% and improves critical damage by up to 10%.
Enhance:Rescue, Improves reuse by up to 50%.
Battle Hardening, Reduces all physical damage by up to 248.
Sneering Assault, Increases threat by 2,398-3,997. Increases threat priority by 3 positions. Inflicts 1084-1626
Warrior Tree-
Rallying Cry, Adds 105 Combat and Spell damage to rallying cry.
Absorbing Blows, 10% Chance to resist Stun effects.
Berserker Tree-
Gibe, Increases hate amount by up to 15%. Reduces reuse time by 30 seconds.
Hastened Reuse, Increases reuse speed of raid/group members by up to 5%.
Unstoppable Will, Adds 5% melee critical bonus to Juggernaut.
Adrenaline Rush, Adds a taunt on a successful melee attack while Adrenaline is active.
Wall of Force, Absorbs 2 physical attacks that deal 30%+ of your maximum health. 10 second duration.
Jeering Onslaught, Increases threat priority of targets in Area of Effect by 3 positions. Inflicts 843-1265 melee damage to tagets in Area of Effect.
Master II Choice- Bloodshower, the TSO expansion is a AE heavy expansion, so it only makes sense to take the AE ability.
This might be a bit over kill explaining what each spell does but oh well. That explains why i took that ability.
