Well back to the OP, I just created a zerker instead of betraying my guard of almost 5 years. Came back to the game in Dec, fully mastered(T8) and 7 piece set(x4) now after a few weeks of raiding.

For the most part the casting order seems to be about the same.

1.)Open Wounds
2.)Rampage
3.)Excelerated Strike
4.)Rupture
5.)Mutilate
6.)Juggernaut comes up about now(if not then Beserk prior)
7.)Knee Break
8.)Maul
9.)Head Crush
10.)Excecutioners Wrath
11.)Frenzy
12.)Demolish
13.)Raging Blow

I time my Auto-attacks as needed, with a dirge CoB up ya should be able to spam 2 CAs between the AAs. I will adjust what I cast depending on situation of course. I rarely cast temp buffs outside of raiding and use Kelkrins Axe atm for offhand.

I know my casting order isnt the best, I am sure there are better ones, but like you I am learning this class. I have hit 23k in TSO instances like EA(both), Befallen:CotA, etc...

Single targets in raids suck atm since I am atm the 4th tank and rarely get bard/chanter buffs since bards are so emo and rarely show up :P
But when I do get the buffs I do pretty good. Seems the guards DPS was higher then my zerks, but my zerk is only sporting 83MC and 70%DA atm while guard is 100+ on both.

More input please on casting orders will be great.

And why does he need that? I dont play my guard anymore im on my zerk atm. Its kinda much the same only tho as live now zerk > guard.

Don't think that's realistically possible (lag even if the math of 2x cast time + 2x recovery might check out), I'd wager you'll delay your AA by more than you'd gain from the 2nd CA. This will even become worse when you get to 100 DA.

These numbers seems somewhat strange to me. DW with mythical I will delay my AA even selfbuffed when hiting 2 CAs.
With 70 DA and 83 MC doing 23k ZW in instances is really too much over my parses, while Im having over cap almost anything from old capped stats.

I didnt say 23k ZW, you added that, I said I have hit 23k. Maybe I should have been a little more precise, I have hit consistantly 23k on some fights in some zones that allow me to pull more then 8mobs at a time. That is not far off.
Single target, bleh fuck that too slow, on some named fights I will pull 6+ trash mobs into it if I can to skew my DPS for that fight.

As far as lag, I rarely have any lag and have let loose 2 CAs between AA. I am not talking about every CA I have, the ones that have instant cast, less then 1 sec delay. With CoB and haste it can be done. But I will check the differences again.

I macro my Weapon Counter with my Master Rage, seems to work out pretty good, I also have them both macroed into my raid targetting macros.
