I have all the adornments. I have full relic, full doomrage, half of the vehement stuff, the HoF earring, the buckler, etc. The group I was in the other day, I was pegged at 234 haste for awhile, without open wounds! With open wounds I could've been at 286 LOL. Which is why I'll probably spec back out of the int line soon. I do like the parry and reduced CA timers though.

you really shouldnt have ever been over 200 haste, if u do replace the haste items with other shit, over 125 its almost useless

I only have the low hit percent, and sometimes some wasted haste when grouped in raid and fighting orange mobs. It's all good in regular groups (not fighting orange mobs) or solo...
So what I'm really debating is if I want to spec to something that may only really be useful when fighting the higher level epic mobs and needing to be in def stance.

ive toyed wtih str/sta/ agi or int, i like agi but i think int would be better if i had clearcutter

The best spec is without woubt str 4 4 8 agi 4 4 8 and sta 4 4 8..... If u got the gear and healers to use it that is.. The extra hate from str is horsecrap compared to AE attack from agi..

with clearcutter the arguement can easily made for int vs agi, but its still the setups i toy with, (waiting for cost to go down to respec) lol

Theres enough gear and classes(If you are in the right setup) that give you a bonus to DPS that you shouldnt even have to think about taking Stamina line for that reason. I can easily hit 200+ without that line and Avoid Pwns Mit now. This arguement is retarded. Crit chance is a bitch to bring up, and so is a 24 percent frontal arc elee attack. Nothing in the game will give you that aside from using OW that I know of.. And you try and find something that will give you 22 Percent crits base. Thats a lot of gear you would have to find to make up for that..

You must have meant Wisdom line. There's no DPS mods in Stamina line.
