Default Combat Changes ... what you think so far ?

Well last night we raided , then hit up the SOD series, but i was wondering what yall thought about the AA changes. Im still liking my STR 4,4,8,7 STA 4,4,8,8,1 Setup. Yeah i lost some % of avoidance, but all in all i don't notice to much of a difference.

Though my zerker isn't capped on level yet I'm trying out STR 4-4-8 STA 4-4-8-8 INT 4-5. The reduced casting/reuse/recovery on int line just kicks too much ass.

either not at cap at this moment but I tried Sta 4-4-8-7-2 and Agi 4-4-8-6-2 and for my current play still it rocks...

I WAS specced Str 4 4 8, Sta 4 6 8 8 2, int 4 1, but now i changed it to 4 4 8 str 4 4 8 sta and 4 4 8 agi ... I wanted to try something different and i hope it doesnt hurt my MT-ability much but increases my DPS when MTing or OTing.

I'm currently

AGI - 4-4-8-6-2
STA - 4-4-8
INT 4-5

Considering taking 4 out of acel strike, and getting 4 into glad revenge for the riposte...not sure. However, I really do like my added aoe aggro, and survivability. Haven't really noticed a dps difference without the crits. Any suggestions?

So ya I was spec 4 4 8 str 4 8 8 sta and 4 8 2 int, but since the changes Im going to respec out of accel strike int line, its complete garbage as an OT I never get the trigger to proc... for starters you need to land the initial accel strike CA if it misses your screwed until refresh, and being ap4 level at cap 8 its bonus chance to hit is only 25% so it misses about 30-45% of the time on 70+ mobs, another issue is on adds from avatars or mayong etc you have to land accel strike + 3 ca's to even trigger the effect, lets say you do which is rare cause most adds are dead by this time, or should be you get about 5 usefull secs off the haste... for whomever was curious I noticed someone said faster reuse off proc, thats not the case you get 25% faster cast times = garbage and 25% faster recovery, meaning if you bounce a taunt instead of .05 sec recast its .04 lol anyhow im going to mess with spec for a few days and find out whats best.

So far im thinking possibly str agi sta and going down agi line for the 3 min reuse on dragoon reflexes which gives the new ae avoid as well, not to mention 40% auto attack on multiple mobs is pretty nice, guess will have to suck up the loss of haste from accel strike, no sure why sony had to mess with it to begin with, it was fine as it was.

sorta... i agree it misses alot, but you dont have to land the 3 ca's for it to work. If the buff expires it triggers the haste portion.

It triggers after you hit 3 enemies. If you bloodbath 3 mobs, it'll trigger, counts each 1 as a CA

Yeah, read the description... also tested it earlier, just smacked a grey mob with it then didnt do anything else and the haste buff appeared after the blue buff expired
